Fabrice was born in Cochabamba, Bolivia and has spent most of his life in the small city of Mont-Saint-Hilaire, on the south shore of Montreal. It was at Champlain College that Fabrice was introduced to the world of Model UN and developed a passion for politics and international affairs. Apart from MUN, Fabrice loves to listen to music, drink coffee with friends, binge shows on Netflix and draw.
