Welcome to ConMUN!

The Concordia Model United Nations Conference is a four-day collegiate Model United Nations conference for delegates, ages 17-25, hosted in Montreal, Canada.

This year’s iteration of ConMUN will feature six innovative crisis committees, ranging from contemporary to historical as well as fictional, two groundbreaking Specialized Agencies, and three original General Assemblies.

ConMUN aims to offer a wide range of debate opportunities for delegates to explore. We are proud to bring back ConMUN for its ninth iteration and welcome delegates to the beautiful city of Montreal.

Letter from the Secretary General

Delegates,
Welcome to ConMUN 2027!
My name is Alexandra Williams, and I am incredibly excited to welcome you to the ninth iteration of ConMUN as your Secretary General.
ConMUN is a conference that means a lot to me personally. Last year, I served as the USG of General Assemblies at ConMUN 2026. I was also a delegate at ConMUN 2024, my favourite conference to date. Watching delegates debate, collaborate, and bring their committees to life, while seeing the staff work behind the scenes, left me wanting more. More for delegates, more for Model UN, and more for what ConMUN could become.
ConMUN now sits among the Top 10 conferences on the North American circuit. With that comes an opportunity and a responsibility to create a conference that challenges delegates while still being an enjoyable experience.
So, my promise to you is simple: ConMUN 2027 will be competitive, creative, and welcoming. Our General Assemblies will challenge your debate and diplomacy skills, while our Specialized Agencies and Crisis Committees will give you the ability to take risks, write creatively, and shape your own experience.
And outside of committee, we hope you take the time to enjoy Montreal, meet people from different schools and countries, and make memories along the way. Model UN is about the debate, but it is also about the people you meet and the experiences you share.
